Digital products

Because our patterns are instant digital downloads, all sales are final once the file has been downloaded. This is standard for digital goods — there’s no way to “return” a PDF.

Exceptions — I’ll always make it right

• Defective file: if your PDF is corrupted or won’t open and we can’t fix it, you’ll get a replacement or a full refund.
• Duplicate purchase: bought the same pattern twice by accident? I’ll refund the duplicate.
• Charged but no download: if payment went through and you never got your files, I’ll deliver them manually or refund you.
